01/16/2009 - Based on the Consumer Price Index report for 08, it has now indicated that inflation is not a concern. Citigroup is still reporting major losses as well as Bank of America , which they haven't had a loss in over 17 years. We are recommending to float rates today to see if prices can hold, but I will keep you posted if the situation changes!
30 Yr : 5.25
20 Yr : 5.125
15 Yr : 5.375 (this is not a typo :-)
